How does it work?
Schedule an appointment with a notary, then upload your documents, and show up for your scheduled appointment with your valid state ID.
What kind of IDs do I need for online notarization?
Only a US state issued drivers license or US photo ID is permitted at this time. All other forms of ID such as military ID, passports, or any other types is not accepted. State laws are very strict, and we comply by the laws. If they do not have a state issued drivers license or state issued photo ID we will not be able to get your documents remotely notarized as all other ID types cannot be analyzed through credential analysis at this time.
How does my identity get verified?
You will have to pass a KBA: Knowledge Based Acknowledgement.
How do I know my information is secure?

It can take few minutes to a couple of hours depending on what is being notarized.

If there’s two of us to sign, can we sign together?
Yes. The system allows a notary to add multiple participants,
and witnesses who will simply be joining the video session can be added at any time during the session itself on separate devices.
Do I need to install any software to notarize documents online?
No software is needed. Only thing to be downloaded is the documents and you will set this up with your notary.
Can I be anywhere when I need important documents to notarized?
We offer the same service virtually online as we can in person.
